Name: Copper Flat Roof & Built-in Gutters

Problem: The home’s gutter system was nonfunctional and the flat roof needed to be replaced. The project involved installing new copper built-in gutters for the main home and a copper flat seam roof with built-in gutters for the breakfast nook.

Solution Provided:  Scaffolding was set up for easy access, and existing gutters were removed and replaced after expert repairs to any underlying damage. New wood was installed, primed, and securely fastened with stainless steel. Premium exterior paint was applied to match the existing color scheme.

Grace Ice and Water Barrier, covered with red rosin slip sheet paper, was installed over the gutters. A custom copper gutter liner was meticulously crafted and installed, riveted, and soldered securely. Outlets were added for efficient drainage. EPDM flashing tape was applied to ensure a watertight seal, and shingles were refastened. For the breakfast nook, a lock-seam copper roof with hidden clips was installed, guaranteeing durability and a seamless appearance.
