Copper Ledge – Milwaukee – Upper East Side

The belt line of the home needed a new sealing.

We began by setting up scaffolding, focused on maintaining a clean and tidy job site throughout the project with debris catches, protecting landscaping, and moving ductless wiring when needed. We cut back stucco and remove existing metal ledge, repairing any underlying damage as necessary. Then we installed Grace ice and water shield and a custom copper metal ledge, sealing the copper edge with EPDM flashing tape for added protection. To finish this project we re-attached a ductless wiring system and properly disposed of all job-related waste.
