Window Tuning & Restoration – Milwaukee – Northpoint

The home’s original windows needed tuning work to improve and/or restore operability.

We began by breaking free any windows that were painted shut. Any spots of the window casing of frame with splits or gauges was filled with epoxy. Since the main concern was to improve functionality we removed the lower sash and replaced sash chords. To finish and improve mobility our team applied paste finishing wax to the lower sash and jamb, ensuring the window was lubricated to open and close properly.
