Location: Milwaukee – Riverwest 

Problem: The homeowner wanted to restore the original siding of their historic home. They also needed work on the roof and downspouts.

Solution Provided:  We began by removing all of the aluminum siding on the home and assessing the original wood siding underneath. Then we restored any rot or deteriorated wood areas on the original siding with Abatron epoxy, and for any areas determined to have too much damage we replaced the wood with milled Accoya. Next we removed all of the old, flaking paint until the whole home was stripped to bare wood. After applying a coat of primer our team finished this project by applying 2 coats of the new color to the home.
